Financial Policies

100% of Your Treatment can be Financed - Interest-Free*!

CareCredit®, the leader in patient/client financing, has helped more than 3 million patients/clients get the treatment or procedures they needed and wanted.

* CareCredit®, third party financing offers 12 month interest free financing. This allows you to have the treatment or procedure you want or need. Whether your dental services are $1 to over $25,000, a plan and a low monthly payment will be designed to fit comfortably into almost any budget.

Payment is secondary to your examination and recommending the highest level of care for you. Dental insurance is a method of payment not a method of treatment. It is meant to ease the costs of your needed and desired treatment.

A word on Insurance:

We are committed to providing you with the best care possible to achieve total oral health. If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance and your understanding of our payment policy.

Patient portion or patient co-pay is due at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and care credit . We will help process your insurance claim form for your reimbursement. Any such request must be accompanied with complete insurance information at the initial visit.

We will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions relating to your insurance. However, you must realize that:

  1. Your dental insurance is a three way contract between you, your employer and your dental insurance provider.
  2. In some cases we are a “Contracted Provider,” which means that we agree to certain fees and terms that your insurance company has presented to us.
  3. Every patient will receive a full insurance break down and explanation of their benefits, as well as a complete estimate of what their financial responsibility will be.

Dental insurance policies are ever changing. We will do our best to give you an estimate of what your responsibility will be, however, NO estimate is a guarantee of payment until the procedure is submitted as complete. Also, many insurance companies are excluding certain dental procedures or giving a lesser amount of payment for the procedure; in which case, you would be responsible for the difference. Some of these procedures are:

  1. Some Periodontal procedures
  2. Composite, Tooth Shade, or “White Fillings,” in posterior teeth
  3. Pins and Posts
  4. Core Build Up Restorations
  5. Whitening (is rarely covered)
  6. Night guards/Bruxism Appliances
  7. Placement of Dental Implants
  8. Local Chemo-Antibiotic Treatment

We emphasize that, as healthcare providers our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. While the filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered. We realize that temporary financial problems may affect timely payment of your account. If such problems do arise, we encourage you to contact us promptly for assistance in the management of your account.

Insurance companies we are contracted with:

  1. Delta Dental
  2. Guardian
  3. Cigna
  4. NCAS
  5. MetLife

We submit to ALL other policies with out of network benefits, and can explain the terms of such benefits.
